It will be the early twist knob tilt & remove Webasto glass sunroof, I had one in my old Sport(Might be worth asking Salter on here to confirm the POC's on it).Quote:

For F-1, I have no clue at all
The colour is E421 (on the VIN plate) which is a Metalic Gold (Weiss Gold)
I wonder what the f-1 means. Formula 1 maybe??? lol
This is what was on mine.

SR = RHD
79L = Karneol red or Magma red
CD1 = Without rear wiper
L77 = Sure about it? as it doesn't exist
T89 = Sure about it? as it doesn't exist, is it not T39? for side turn signal on wings
B81 = Moulding, body side, delete
XN8 = For England
XQZ = Should be XQ2 = For Vauxhall
W8X = Additional parts, radio installation
T5X = Emission, 3 way catalytic converter
For the 3, 48 and 1B, I have no idea :(
Diamond code could of ben used for something else once upon a time?
I will double check it, but when I got it, it had a rear wiper, its a 'Spin' model.Quote:

The ones for the Spiders are VERY interesting, as the C05 proves that this car was ordered at the factory as a Spider and immediately shipped to Irmscher. And not driven from UK to Irmscher to be converted
Right, thought I would check the new Sport as PaulW needed some details on my plate.Quote:

My new Sport is as above but also has the code W1G, the W codes seem to relate to the radio equipment or lack of, but this ones not on the list.
My Sport has an aerial fitted and comes with an original brown faced basic radio so poss relates to that.
does that confirm that sports have t5c?
Yep
so if you have a white 1300 nova with t5c in the plate its a sport?
Possibly, ID would need confirming with Andrew Deurden though.
What have you got?
;)
W1G is for CD changer. So surely not on a Nova
how have i never seen this before :confused: im going to be sad and get a new relevant plate made up for my saloon i recon

have you checked your chassis numbers match? there should be 1 beside the drivers seat on the floor by the inner sill
Here's my GTE, so GSI VIN would look similar, so definately a re-shell i'd say
