Sounds like you drive a hard bargain!!
not at all. flux had matched the last quote but i wanted to go with png's new sponsor!!!
thank you!!
Strange as in another post Sky said they can't do agreed values for new customers, only existing ones. I'd double check that :confused:Quote:

different things i know.
still 761 is a v good price.
got the cover note today and had a few issues with that. it said my car was a 1.2 luxe plus were as it was a 1.4 as standard but a simple phone call and the sky team were very helpful and is now all sorted.
THANKS SKY!!!
When ringing for a quote, do we need to ask for anyone by name? Or just tell them we are a member?
My renewals come thru i'd like to see if you can beat it.
Really? Thats rubbish, was going to give them a call but not insuring it at book price!Quote:

I have to pay it or they wont release my proof of no claims. Fapping asswits!
i was with swinton. phoned them up ro cancel they done it no bother no fee then sent me £20 in the post.:thumb:Quote:

Do you cover Wigan WN5 9UY?
Just a quick question, when ever i phone up for quotes and start listing out modifications it sounds as though the person on the phone dose not have a clue what i'm on about and is not taking it in, so regarding this what should i say ? once my Nova is finished i will obviously give yourself a call and hopefully get the best quote from you :) but when stating mods such as I've flocked the dash, smoothed the bumpers, stitch welded the chassis are these points genuinley taken in to the equation ? or am i wasting my time ?
i got the modification form and they are quite detailed
carbon panels
braided hoses
strut brace
roll cage
upgraded brakes
interior changes
raised (baxter)
re mapped
quick shift
water injection
uprated flywheel
etc
etc
It is an excluded postcode but we may be able to look at a different underwriter.Quote:

We need to know about any change to the vehicle since it left the factory. If the spec list is long then PM it to me before we speak to you.Quote:

Do you do agreed valueration?
Thanks for the reply, well the car is in bits at the moment so it'll be a while yet, do you do discounts for low mileage ? i.e. 5000 a year ?
Yes no problem... we are unable to offer agreed valuations for new business customers unless we can fit the car (and the customer) onto a classic car scheme. Hampshire is no problem.. it's not exactly baghdad!Quote:

Hi, to get onto our car club scheme and benefit from our discounted rates we'd need you to have held your licence for 2 full years.Quote:

quick question ollie, would i get PNG discount for insuring a golf GTi with you guys? getting some silly quotes off "specialist" insurers, so getting a little pee'd off!
also, do you do special policies for a weekend/limited mileage car? as thats all its going to get used for
Thanks to the guys at sky my vectra is now insured with them, saved on my renewal too, top work chaps :thumb:
really sorry for the late reply.. not sure how I missed your post :mad:Quote:

We only offer full 12 month policies.. no company will offer you a weekend policy.. your best bet is to restrict your mileage..
Drop me a PM with your name and number if you'l like a call back?
Thanks
