vosa checks last night

I'd be interested to see what the MOT dudes say about your handbrake, porbably nothing lol, I'd follow it up too at the police station, hope you haven't had to pay for anything :mad:

if you havent had to do anything to the handbrake to make it pass the MOT test.... then their VOSA "test" is crap and you should make a complaint about being harrased and them making money out of you for no reason.

was the vosa guy a fully qualifed mot tester? if not then legaly he cant say its unfit to be on the road. unless its somethng really obvious but thats not the case here...

Yeah, go for the Bo Racer Harrasment Case regardless. Tell them the Hand brake had just snapped minutes before that and that you were on your way to meet a mate to get it fixed, and that the VOSA lad didnt give you a chance to explain. I bet he feels god about himself, busting someone on a Handbrake Cable.

I thought I was going to get same treatment last night, was just passing through Rochdale on the way home from a mates at about half 10 and all of a sudden had a police T5 race right up on my rear bumper.

It followed me for about 10mins at 30mph and then overtook me and raced off with no sirens or nothing, they shouldn't be allowed to drive like that.

I didn't even want to go home through Rochdale but they had closed the A627 towards Oldham for some reason.

Am amazed I didn't get pulled.
