good luck mate
I didn't know about the rust but I knew about that rear beam
It will all be sorted sooner or later as I have plenty of time
Cheers for the 'good lucks' etc :)
Me and my mate is going to get the front wings off then get her up off of the back wheels and take the alloys off so they don't get damaged
I think she'l be getting a new nearside wing as well :)
I'll see if I can talk my mum and dad into a respray once its all done..
good luck mate
yep, good luck..agree with you doing it now while its off the road anyway. didnt realize your nova was quite as bad matey!
its all pretty easy to sort though. hardest bit is probably cutting/drilling old panel and crossmember out. i would advise putting a crossmember in aswell as front panel. get a complete front panel which includes crossmember.
hope we can meet up and have minted wee novas to take pics of sometime..
Greg
Had the guy who done most of the work on it check the front end over he said it only needs some bits - So it will be getting a lower front panel and a passenger light socket/panel
Then the other wee bits of welding here and there then it can go again for another MOT :)
Picked up this tonight. Thought I would put the front end back together to see what it'l look like
Going to get it done grey like the back bumper and put my red stripe in:

i actually like the white against the red :)
should look good in grey
is it genuine, or fibreglass copy
Genuine one I'd reckon - I'll need to check it for a GM stamp
Got my aim set:

Don't want the bumper as shiny as that - but it would do..
You got the tow eye cover?
GaryVaux's nova is a very cool car indeed.
