THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2003) IT WILL EVER WORK,
SO SPREAD IT AROUND
WHILE IT LASTS. IMPRESSIVE, ISN'T IT?
lol, dont ask me, i didnt make it up
i just got emailed it
3 and 16, clever
lmao, i sent that to my mums email (i thought she'd like it being a bit of a boffin and all (maths teacher)
this is what she sent me back......
Don't need a great mathematician to work this out:
Formula is (2x + 5) 50 + 1753 where x is gtr than or =2 and less than or =
9
Bracket is always odd (even + odd) and odd X 50 ends in 50. This no. + 1753
therefore ends in 03, same as the year. Subtracting year of birth will
clearly give your age!
Values of x 2 to 9 will give bracket values of 9 to 23 and X50 values of 450
to 1150. So +1753 values will be 2203 to 2903, and subtracting 19something
will give x in range 2 to 9.
NB if you are over 100 THIS WILL NOT WORK! (so what's new?) and if you are
under 3 ditto - but then you couldn't do the maths could you?
2003 is of course not the only year this works for. In 2004 simply adjust to
+1754 etc.
Love Mum XX
 :o
she lost me after that :lol:Quote:
