I used to have those on my first Nova, thought they were a great way to improve the security.
I'm running one of the Solex locks in my early mk1 tailgate too which works quite nicely.

I had a set of these on my nova van really good so much better then oe locks
Why bother with the locks when Vauxhall fitted as standard all the tools a thieve needs to get in the car with out any damage or needing to touch the locks
I hope you didn't pay £40 for them lol
I had someon my nova after it was broken into as they were only £25 for a set in 2002 :)
Lol had some on a mk2 asta I broke for my ex, biggest waste of time money imo
Their deadlock feature was quite good I thought, making fettling with the mechanism behind the lock a bit of a pain.
Better off leaving a Nova unlocked, may aswell for how easy they are to break into and saves any damage to the precious drivers doors(either that or leave a note on the drivers door stating 'if you must break in and damage the door please use the passenger door as I can still buy them new!')
Just make sure you don't leave valuables in it and fit a decent immobilisor.
im with novasport on this one lol, it takes all of 30 seconds to get into a locked nova without keys
