Make sure the ign and fueling is spot on, a little retune makes a big difference, the best thing you can do that doesn't cost anything.

Jeeeeeebus, I think there has been almost a dozen "how do I choon my 1.2" threads in the past 2 weeks.
The article threads and a good search are about the limit of what you can/can't do with bolt on bits from other GM's then there is the spend big money route to maybe get you near the same power as a bog std 1.6 (the cash you will spend will be nearly enough to get an XE to 250bhp lol )
Sorry mate but what did you expect? Donations of free parts? Without spending cash, your not going to get massive gains, stripping it out is about your limit. "for speed, add lightness"
