Not being harsh or owt but i would seriously consider grinding that welding off (it shouldnt take much lol) and starting again.You need more heat,and dont just run the weld straight pown the seam,move it side to side across the seam so the puddle gets into both panels.As that is now,it is providing no strength or benefit whatsoever.
wouldnt say i was perfect but i can weld canny. put it this was most of the arriva busses around are held together with my welding skills ha ha. dont mind coming over one weekend and doing it for you. but if your happy with the welding thats on fair play its your car.

Are you offering your services as such a connoisseur on welding lol I may not be the best welder but it has been holding my valver together for 4 yrs now and it was miles worse than that but I def agree about welding being practice makes perfect so if he wants to cut it out ill weld again pmslQuote:
