Mr Foy i will try the screw driver thing as you said, didnt think of that.. im up at the unit all day tommorow..
Jonlem, Stuart, as said, money wont be an issue.. ive had the item a couple of weeks so i could get it changed, if its at fault for free..

Ive spoken to Simon @ jenvey today briefly too, he wants to see pics so im about to email him now..

..i did turn a screwdriver in it and it did have subborn/sticky 'areas' where it didnt turn nicely/consistantly all the way 'round.. It was stoppping me from turning it anymore..
So i dont really know what that means but there you go.

Looks same as yours but i have a metal 'cover' on mine. Nothing as stupid as screws to long without the 'cover' fouling on something??

Unlikely i know but all i could think off.

looking on jenveys site, indeed this diagram, shows there does seem to be spacers and covers available, but i guess i still need to work out if the pot itself is ok or not..

RS catalogue strikes again.

Try the part nos printed on your TPS. I dare say the missing load spacer may have something to do with it sticking.
