rather than use an allen key use an allen key socket set

I have a draper set, and its saved me a few times, got it from the motor factors
as for your problem use a torx bit on it...one you don't want
I was using an allen key socket on a breaker bar.
I've tried hammering a Torx bit in to it and it's just made it even more round. lol
time for my method, oh & have you applied some heat to it? sometimes you need to get them glowing to loosen the loctite
erm lol
well if i was sensible, i'd take the drill and stud extractor option, being me, i'd weld a bolt onto it, and unbolt it lol

Mowgli I'd attack it with heat but I've just been cleaning the engine with degreaser and paraffin so maybe not the best idea at the mo!?
