runs very stable even before i upgraded the ram. it runs 10x faster than vista, and as soon as i installed windows 7, everything was working, wifi, sound etc, where as the driverpacks for xp and vista were very limited on compatability.
if anyone is looking to upgrade, windows 7 is currently the best available from microsoft.
Me and my bro use an iMac G5 (Intel 3.06GHz Dual Core) 4GB RAM 640GB HDD. As with iMac's they look real nice, we have the 24'' version, so far hasnt crashed on us. We use it for audio production etc purely because you can't buy Logic Studio for windows pc anymore. It's ok for a day to day pc but for an all-rounder pc Windows is more user friendly. Sometimes I feel they could make using the Mac slightly more efficient. But still can't complain about the iMac just gives the studio a pro look lol
