exactly that mr jolt. any and every employer reads that as going out getting trashed which = unreliable
Dam computer, EDIT FTW!! as turbojolt said!
Socializing is more about spending time with friends, which you do anyway without it being a hobby - its sort of what you have to do unless you want to be a social loner!;)
Well i dont drink so these so called employers should change their assumptions!
I have only been clubbing when i have work the next day once
Ditch it. A hobbies section does not belong on a CV.
If you've got room left on your piece of paper for that junk then you've not written your CV correctly, or you have minimal experience and are looking to bulk it out. An employer will assume the second.
Its what 14 year olds put on their "cv" when they're applying for a paper round ffs
maybe but it isnt gonna change is it. i went on a course and it highlighted alot of things i didnt realise. put it this way, for any job they are gonna get about 50 replies at least. they have to narrow this down to 3 people in most cases, therefore any excuse to ditch you they will. he even said simple things on an application form like using blue ink instead of black when instructed to instantly puts it in the binQuote:

oh and Music/Cinema are also DULL hobbies to put down, unless you are into some obscure genre of either.
