All of the actual inlet holes line up and i could re fiddle the bolt holes with some machining but i don't know if i can be arsed lol i would also have to sort out the lack of water way issues as well, like i said i will see how much work it actually needs and go from there.

No were near finished yet mate along with 100 other things lol, i may even finish that off tomorrow also.

Good to see some progress mate. Always good to use as much "off the shelf" items too.

what a shame the inlet dosnt fit very well, i thought the oil filter would have to be move but forgot to say.

you put squirter in the block or just leaving as is mate ???

without reading your whole thread.. are you turbo charging a 1.6 16v small block?

if so what do you plan to run for your internal components? i plan to turbo a x18xe1 for my nova build. bottom ends are very similar, would be interesting to read what you plan

The inlet is a pain as it would have been perfect but thats life it may work but its probably too much hassle. i think the oil squirter's would be a good idea, do you know what your mate would charge roughly?
The oil filter isn't an issue really as it would have needed relocating either way plus it gives another option for the oil feed for the turbo, as you can get remote oil filter kits with multiple sensor ports in them as i'm sure your aware.

I'm afraid i can't answer your question until you sit down and read the whole thread this very minute. lol

Seriously though yes i am turbo charging a 1.6 16v small block, for the internal engine components i'm using standard crank, corsa vxr pistons and rods (photo's on the previous page) standard head and cams with corsa vxr turbo and some sort of home made inlet at this point :)

Brownie get jay to make you a inlet for it fpmsl

i would rather eat razer blades lol
