keep it white :)
Nice project but i fail to see despite all the measuring, re-measuring in the world you can ensure its all spot on and straight without a jig? I mean what are your reference points?
 top project fella, truefuly im lost for word.
if you pull it off you are going to be making some????, doing it for other people;)
Well it hasnt failed me in the past. And if you did have it out a little it can be compensated with adjustable tca and rose jointed rear arms. But as i have said it aint happend to me yet and this is the 4th car me and my mate have put a floor in.Quote:

Use them with the center line of the new floor then the same with the new floor to the center of the body. recheck body points between each other once the new floor is in bla bla bla can go on forever with what i measured. The nova is really easy for the measuring as it really is just a rectangle no curves down the sill line etc.
Anyway enough about that. Paint i do like the Arden blue but its not a nova colour. It may just stay white to keep it easy. Or go anthracite grey like the colour you get the GTE`s in
I would personally go for a colour which dose not look out and out obvious but i would go for something a bit different, i saw a rover in white with a blue tinted laquer over the top which looked ace, or how about a white with blue pearl in it? hows the rest of it going anyway? progress sounds excellent! i no theres loads to do but do you have any aim to as when you want it done by? good goin anyhow and lookforward to seeing some pictures.
Looking for it to be done for this summer so i can maybe get down to billing or something with it. As ive never been down i know alot of people that do and say its great but ive just never went. So thats the plan get it ready for a show
I was just about to comment on the fact that you've not used any temporary bracing at all but then I read the last page. Even measuring all the time can put things off, especially with the +/-5mm tollerences nova's were originally built with.
Any updated pics?
Think I'd rather have just built a nice spaceframe to weld the nova skin onto.
dont you mean 4-5 cm!!!Quote:
