Excellent work you're doing there, engine bay is very tidy.
Few parts arrived today from Mount Panel's based in Leeds. I bought 2x full sill's + 2x rear arch repair sections, for a grand total of £69.63!!!!:thumb:, that's all in with free delivery from their own man in a van!!.:thumb: Excellent service and remarkably cheap.
In the pic is also the inner rear arch repair section, souced with help from bazil :thumb: (german ebay).

Stayed late at work Monday night and just minced about not really committing myself to 1 particular job lol
so I ended up - testing out my sandblaster, swapping wheels over to sell, flapper wheeling a sill down to see how bad it was, cutting some rust out, taking alot of pictures and stripped O/S door completely ready for prepping.

sand blasted door hinge removed all the crap around it will apply new seam-sealer after primer.

Here is the Inner roof skin and that is the Glue line that traps moisture and causes rust so I 180'd here off and apply'd Built Hamber Hydrate 80

Doesnt look that bad body wise, these early shells are much better!
Are you going to do the welding on it or are you a painter? Also, shouldn't you seam seal it then prime it?

I will acid etch any bare steel then 2pack hi build primer everything then seam sealer where needed then you would normally paint, but I will be applying 2pack primer twice rubbing down in-between applications. Then applying paint and lacquer
