As Adam said, the std inlet makes the angle all wrong and mean you have to hack the slam panel up, which i think looks utter sh*t. Cutting and welding it means the air tube sits nicely under the slam.

Yeah, just like normal welding, he should be able to tack it either side, peel the tape off then weld it all around. Just means on the back side there will be two lines of weld.

Oh right, had me a little worried about the inlet I've had done, it does look a little different to Keiths but more like the chemical metal'd one you had previously

Yeah, different to Keith's and different to my old one, i wanted to afm and air tube to be out of the way as much as i could. So i push it pulled it and tucked it as much as i could. Then worked it out from there.

Looking at it Gra, Keith sits about where mine does.

When its fitted the angle looks totally different as the whole inlet sits pissed.

I tried holding it in the fitted position and the kkk badge on the top is flat like your old one
