Why the flexi? Was it not a flage like a normal xe system?
The system had a standard cav type flange on, but im not using a std exhaust manifold so it was no where near lining up, so i chopped that off and put the flexi in.
Will be fine when i get chance to twist the mid section slightly to sit it further away from the transmission tunnel.
Gonna put a flexi on mine at some point, how much was yours ad?

Ive welded it to the system, and just clamped it to the manifold, so i can disconnect the system and manifold should i need to :)
Yeah, where from? I spoke to my garage about one and they said "You dont want one of them welded on, they get expensive!"

At the end of the day, its two gauges held in with a bolt, in a track/fast road car.
I really couldn't careless if they aint mirror smoothed into the dashboard or not lol
And i think "atrocious" was a bit OTT tbh, its not like they are gaffa taped to the windscreen or something....

Looking good. I have the same flexi on mine, makes a funny noise lol.
good to see the xe's finally running adam been following this one for a while now gutted about your old white nova but this one looks alot stronger shell wise.
