Choppy chop chop - mot time soon!
Headlight wiring down the inner wing has been finished now, with some convoluted tubing and waterproof tape:

RH side wiring tucked under slam panel:

Leaving a nice empty slam, nice nice:

Fusebox holder shown on the previous page wasn't working so well, so welded up two brackets on the back of the dash:

To get a bit better angle allowing me to connect the wires easier. Also got killswitch mounted in dash and made up a 'blank' so it even looks nice! lol

Rubbish pic as it's dark but the carcass is fitted and killswitch/fusebox is now wired up:

cool iain, ive used strong adheiseived backed- C-clip holder-thingys to hold loom up against underside of slampanel, off the radiator.
If youre keen i can try and find these clip things.
I'm actually using the original C= shaped clips pressed through the slam in their original position, if you get me. Seems to keep it off the rad OK
Got all my wheels on, toe is set by eye so it's 'visibly' straight and I have some contact issues to deal with. RH side, tiebar contact:

LH side, gearbox contact:

Ride height doesn't look great in the pics but I love the stance it has. Maybe it just looks mega low to me cos it's been 2 foot up on axle stands for 2 years lol

Interior is looking quite complete now, all electrics seem to be working as expected. Funny issue due to steering column relocation is the dials no longer line up with the wheel, but I don't care lol

Battery wires cut down to length and tidied up also:

Looking very nice Iain, progressed a hell of alot since the last time i saw it in the flesh
is this predominantly a track or road car?
Jeeebus its on all fours, next you will be telling me it drives lol
Re contact on full lock issues, scan Joffs thread or pm him about how he fixed this as he had the same for MOT, and made a cunning fix:d
Lastly, probably not an issue, but the way you have fitted your bolts in this pic....
http://iainel.co.uk/images/forums/NovaWIP2a/304.JPG
Should they not be the other way round, i know the chance of a nylock nut coming off is marginal, but in case it does, running the bolts the other way round, if the nut spins off, the bolt cant drop out!
I thought Haynes tells you that the bolt head should be towards the back of the car? Maybe I misread it.
Olly it's built with track in mind, but it'll probably do more road miles than track miles (running it in, weekend use, etc). Why do you ask?
