Id just tap it the next size up (10mm?) an change the allen fitting that goes through the antivibe mount.
No can do mike, Due to the way the bolts are, Check the pic, They serve two purposes.
Oh I see now, I assumed (from the pic of the bolt) the larger hex head is removable from the actual allen bolt ~ like a spacer type affair. Helicoil it is then.

Nice work. I 3rd the brake pipe answer, it will "point" the other way once you spin it around.
Sorted the brake line out, not sure if it was the twisting or the other tweaking I did to it but it's clearing everything now:
