anyway quiet at work today, so took off the badge, masked it up, spent 30 mins or so cutting off the tape round the letters, flatted it off, primed it, gave it a lick of silver paint, removed any overspray and stuck a little reflectve red dot in the I, looks like brand new :thumb:

Thats all really, still using it as my daily hack, washing it once a week, needs afew jobs doing like fanbelt is squeeking like mad and the handbrakes a little on the weak side, but she's still going strong :thumb:

Well finally should be getting rid of the cahv-tastic backbox this time
Picked this up tonight, 3" inward rolled Mongoose Stainless Steel Nova GSI backbox, needs a little welding where it bolts to the centre section, looks like someones welded the sleeve to the pipe, so a new one will be welded on
All in all, not bloody bad for FREE!! :thumb:

looks miles better on the nova than in my shed ;)
same exhaust i had on one off mine, if you take a little half inch arch recess out the bumper it will come out dead straight in looks a lot better, just take ur time in do it a bit at a time until its nice an snug:thumb:Quote:
