Little more work done, I have modified my Corsa EPAS ECU with a 'RallyWiz' controller unit to allow an adjustment knob on the dashboard for sensitivity:

Only two small leaks, both from the metric-imperial male-male bits on this bugger, but tightened them up and its spot on now:

With that done, I adjusted the handbrake, its so nice playing with clean and rust free parts!

Only remaining brake issue I have is my flexi is rubbing the short driveshaft on full lock, any suggestions?

As far as I can tell it's working spot on and adjustment via the control knob is working too!
