Yes mate i have looked around a lot i just looked on SBD's site to see what was available for the 1.6 16v (as they show all the bits in one place) this is my best for the rods so far LINK not sure of their quality etc though....
have you droped steve boy slim a pm because im sure he will be able to help you out !

I'm not 100% sure what cams i will be using yet as i need to speak to some one who actually knows what they are on about lol although i think i need something less aggressive than the standard cams (being a small 16v they tend to be a revier engine making the power higher up the rev range) please correct me if i'm wrong here.Quote:
