The height it is now should be ok imo, probably 40-50mm, but i want to keep decent suspension travel and good clearence for on track etc :)

If you'll have to mess about with springs then leave it, i only raised mine abit for track, just made them harder each time i went out till it was right.

Aye, the only way to drop it further would be to actually change the springs...
But i do have my spare Avo front coilovers which arent seized, so i could swap back to them. But these ones were refurbed more recently, so i wanted stick with these.
Spose i could take a grinder to the wing lips.... As the tyres are going to smash into the lip if i hit a bump with any steering lock on at all
Will be good when its done, can't wait to see it.
My fk's are seized too, a real pain! I took the helper springs out but was a little too low lol

Probably. But removing the old ones without damaging the body threads???
