Got some issues to sort 1 of which is the possible fouling of the chassis leg by the oil pump pulley

Sorted the gear linkage from the bulkhead to the gear box which utilises a half inch drive UJ from a socket setlol

lol your ideas are fecking brilliant - loving the UJ from the socket set! :thumb:
Only problem now is that we can't get to any bolts at difficult angles! lol
lol used your one and only UJ...cheaper than buying a "motorsport" on @ £79 each!!! ffs lol
Engine looks awesome
As for the dry sump pump, maybe ask lee303? I think he mounted his on the rear of the engine.
looking good cp:thumb:
i would mod the chassis rather than move the pump, as its quite involved, new mid plate for the pump etc etc i think i might need a clutch like yours, unless mine makes a miraculous recovery soonlol
Hmmm. Well for PV so long as it is doesn't rub badly (there's about 2 -3mm clearance at the mo) I'll leave it as is. There's sod all movement in the engine mounts so I may get away with it. My dad suggested machining a bit off the pulley which I may consider doing later.
The gear change set up seems to work fine and i'm really chuffed how well its turned out but it may not work so well on track. I remember Brett Warburton having trouble with his proper quaife set-up which for some reason worked fine until he was driving it anger and then it he had trouble with 3rd.
I've no idea how good the clutch is. I'm a bit worried about my quaife SCCR cluster - it got a fair beating by the 1.4. I may end up having to get a dog box
