i've just remembered an image of a modded heater matrix (room for XE/LET mod), and iirc, it was one of yours - would i be correct if so, could u please point me in the rught direction of the thread/ image i'm after.

also just noticed that you've remove the clutch cable/bulkhead sleeve, what type of mod are you applying here?

I think they are just the same pipe you would use if your extending pipeing from the main feed to the taps on a house sink,if so nice and easy to get hold of and fit etc...

Ryan,

Those are the ones - to fit 15mm copper pipe! The olives on the pipe on the heater matrix may be a bit tight - I sanded the pipe a bit and tapped on the olive.

As for the clutch cable, this comes inside the bulkhead so you don;t have to do the bending of the bulkhead mod to fit round the back of the inlet manifold. This is done primarily to keep the cable from rubbing the outer sleeve due to the angle it connects to the back of the pedal. However it also means I need to run a spacer adapter at the gearbox end to keep the overall length the same!

Last thing you want is some choips or dents or scratches as peeps walk past it.

I'd wrap the fecker in bubble pack or cling film. Those "prone" parts.
