why not go for the suzuki swift engine, put a high revving light weight rapid track car.
or see if you can put a motorbike engine in.
something different

saab??? cheap turbo power loads of tuning potential (im using one for my manta)
Do they fit - which one are you using? Or Mi 16??
rexy got me thinking about something different.
a 1.9 tdi engine in it.
proper torque and potential for 200 bhp with the right mods.
now that would be interesting, a diesel track slag!
im using a 2.3 from a 9000cse, only reason is LETS are too expensive, it bolts to vaux gearbox as im using an omega 3ltr manual box (r25-28), mappable trionic t5 management as standard, capable of 450bhp on standard internals
/\ the saab engine wont fit straight into a nova though.
Check out Paul's mk2 astra project (his mates i think) they've had to cut and remake the drivers chassis leg.
The saab lump drops straight into a mk3 astra though. subframe and everything. not sure on manta mind
other wya round on a manta (rwd) loadsa room
anything can be made to fit
yea i know there inline in the manta but i know it wont fit into the nova without some cutting.
It just came with it. Just had it sitting here.Quote:
