btw: rocker/coilpack cover isnt staying like that - too bland imo itll be painted or wrapped, been doin a few 'shops/ideas.. but again it can wait a bit yet; i also want to get a matching or carbon VIN plate doing..

Ok so, today didnt start well - having problems with the alarm - first job today was to get some fuel in it and as i left after putting some in- it just kept going off all on its own lol.. its a veteran toad thing - i had no idea what was best to do and had to wait until the end of the day to catch the local car security shop chap when he had 5 mins; he just disconnected the siren and it seems to have sorted it.. for now. So a pic of it there and engine bay, again lol whilst we waited earlier today :-(
But since then its been ok this evening; only scare is in traffic its getting too hot.. maybe the 1.2 old rad needs ditching.. plus a coolant system bleed.. also i guess it'll be better to run the rad fan off the ecu rather than old skool method its still on now..

Looking OK. Rear grab handle & tail light need colour coding IMO.
What size tyres are on the rear SR steelies ? Are they 5J or 5.5J's ?
How do you mean too hot? Where does the temp sit when you are driving???
As long as the fan comes on half way and it then cools down, its fine

Ad; driving round normally - it sits in middle, as norm. Then if in traffic it goes up - it did switch on once, and was ok.. but second time it didnt i dont think (hard to here over engine lol) and gauge went higher into red, so i pulled over for few mins lol - ill run the fan off ecu.. just me bein lazy, just cant remember if its an earth making switch again or what lol

As long as it cools down when the fan comes on it should be ok, any engine is going get mega hot sitting in traffic obviously....
But yeah definently make sure the fan is coming on
