Phil, the wirings easy, but I've installed after market management now. The problem I ran into is the bloke who originally did the conversion bodged quite a lot of the wiring. For example soldering in different coloured wires in place, scotch locks, twisted wires with tape. So that side of things have been a pain. But we are slowly getting there now!Quote:

That's looking fantastic mate!
Not really posted in here for a while but to update, the engine now runs and I'm waiting to get it booked into Wayne Schofiled at Chipwizards in Rochdale as i believe he's the man to Map DTA ECU's. Engine may is almost 100% complete. Been doing alot of work on the interior this past weekend. Painted it all black and to be honest it looks pretty good!!

Good work, the cars come a long way since you had it, looked pretty tired at the start of the thread. Looks nice and clean now.
Aint seen one of those Velo's inlets for years.
Cheers Adam, Believe me matey if we hadn't had the spit she would have been on the scrap yard a long time ago. 14 Months I have been working on this but again it hasn't been a solid 14 Months, just when i can get up there at weekends as its in the fathering laws garage. Yeah i believe the Velos things are quite rare now. I tried to look for information about them on the web but couldn't find any thing. believe there was a write up on Velos in a old TV magazine would have been a interesting read.
Good stuff mate, should get a video up of it running :thumb:
