cheers James, The car has an almost new aet hybrid unit but I'll still only be running phase two spec so no huge boost levels. Quite a few of the mig guys are using the -31's with great feedback. Apparantly the boost kicks in 500rpm earlier, holds thoughout the rev range to the limiter and a strong, smooth power delivery. The car already has an uprated item but with the comments Ive seen and heard I thought It would be worth the money and If in the future I go for a little more boost then at least it will be able to cope etc. :)

Awesome update nick I've been waiting for this!! Nice spec list, nothing to wild is a sensible way in my opinion! I'll be looking forward to reading more.

Looks really good nick.

Hope the head was thoroughy cleaned out after blasting.

Heard some people leaving bits of grit in, and it getting into the oil etc.

Cheers Matt, The head was treated to aqua/vapour blasting so no form of grit was used at all. My engine builder wouldnt have had it any other way! I also spoke to cnc heads and they more or less use exactly the same process and really know their stuff.
