Not much of an update. I've fitted the uprated gearbox mount ready to drop the engine in (when i get it back in a few weeks)
During the week some more parts should arrive from Steve (duick) and i'll hopefully get a GSI loom to fit to the car!
Keith
Update?
Nothing much to report. Waiting on parts coming from Steve, they were shipped yesterday so should have them by the end of the week. Once I get those i'm going to deliver some to friends and then collect my car loom.Quote:

And last, but not least. I had to drill the chassis leg (not something I enjoyed doing) to fit the special nuts needed to hold the GSI fuel casing with. Its now all hung up and looks great, just need an uprated pump now to run the engine.

Thanks for looking, until next time....
Keith
what pressure is the uprate pump running at Keith? The standard GSi one will run at 3.0 bar with uprated FPR.
I havent bought a new pump yet, and dont have a GSI one either. For phase 2 I have to run a 3.5 bar FPR so I dont think a GSI one would be enough?
Keith
no it wont keith, well it will run it, but it will be right on its limit.
