Looking awesome chris youve steamed on with this one brilliantly.
Whens the maiden voyage then or has she already moved under her own steam?
she has moved forward a few times but need a hand as setting the linkage on your own is a bit of a pain.I know how to set it but need somebody the hold the gear stick still as useing a rag to wedge it aint working to good lol.
I should hopefully be getting it bolt checked by my mate before he mot's it.
Fingers crossed that it pass's.
Windscreens dirty..lol
Why did you run 6dial clocks? Then you'd have had all the gauges in one..
i have a set but wanted to be differant
That's looking real sweet. You wasted no time getting it done. :thumb:
Cheers mate
Looking tops dude! Are them LED side lights the really chunky ones that are ment to be super bright? i think i know the one's on ebay, was going to get some, but didnt know if they were worth it or not?
Also you know the SR/I dials, can you take the oil/battery one's off? as i have nomal GSi set's but would like the digi read outs,as i have some white/plazma dial fronts to go on (none of my lighs in the dash work) but it's for the SR/I digi bat/oil type without the needles.
If these can be fitted, and bough sepratly i'll do it.
Scott
They do come out Scott but you would have to work the rest out also they are the big chunky ones from egay.
Todays update.
I battled throught the snow to get to the yard and did a few bits.
Ive sorted the gear linkage out so now has forward and reverse gears yay.
I also sorted out the wiper motor as it would only work at full speed.
One of the wires was loose but all sorted now and working fine.
I also fitted the fire extinguisher just hope i never have to use it.I also fitted the intercom wile i was out there today.

I had a few mins at the yard today.i went with my mate Al (cheers mate) and we rebleed the brakes and had a quick nut and bolts check just to make sure all was ok.
Then he asked what was left to do to which i said it need a good clean and taken back home.
So as i had the veccy with me we got the fixed bar out and towed it back home.
All this was done in this nice weather.
Thanks for looking.

Weapon!
Thank you.
It was the first time ive driven any thing that aint got a standard diff.
It was a very funny feeling as when one wheel started to slip it transfered it across in a kind of clawing itself along to get grip on the snow if you know what i mean.
Think this is what im going to do with mine. ;)Quote:
