Wow great thread, just read it from start to finish. Reinforces my need to use a low mile minter for another build.
Envy you for doing a saloon too, you arent the only one but 3-dr have been the only way for years. Great stuff.
About the rear end, I think saloons need the rear panel doing in vinyl like a GTE Astra or Nova. Extend the vinyl onto the tailgate too & finish level with the top edge of the light clusters.
