Getting any closer to getting the front end welded up?
With ref to the headlamp/indicator combo, you'll need to make sure at main beam the headlamp is not too powerful so that the indicator cannot be seen.

Dont paint that front panel blue. Paint it black! Will be way too blue if you colour code it i rekon.

nah i reckon you should colour code them! why not use some mk2 vw golf indicators in the bumper?
