Let's put it this way.... This places isn't as dead as the jov forum... I could go a full day here and there are posts to read.... Think the low point was about 3 weeks without a new post on jov.
Only reason I don't use here loads is I've got nothing to try sell here, and no updates, and not a lot of interest in looking lol
Still active with the club, attended shows ect, but I'm not interested in this bullcrap bitching that's been rife over the last year, people are free to do as they wish with who ever they like, don't go moaning behind backs I say, it's just Purley childish.. lol
Less is more, you'll end up with true enthusiasts and a lack of shit threads on a forum thus why it's more quite, okay there's maybe less answers to posts but the knowledgeable on here will still try and help if possible... The forum is only as good as the people that come on here so I say make it still as you want it to be ;)
Things change and we all get older and our lives around Novas will also change but if you enjoy Novas and want people on the same wave length regarding these bloody rot boxes then here's still a place to enjoy it IMO.
Ive skinted myself, taken loans out and made plenty of stupid mistakes fixing Novas but I'd never change what I've done, that to me is and was apart of owning a Nova. The forums helped me find right from wrong and the options of members sorted many a problem which saved me money... Sometimes but hey shit happens lol

I remember almost getting sacked circa 2009 for being on PNG all day at work.
Many car forums are dead. Face book as taken alot, members getting old and having familes, losing interest.. All of it has killed alot of great forums off..
Crazy really, cause if you look at the VW "scene" its getting bigger and bigger.
First time I've posted on here for a long time , have actually used the nova 3 times this year :)
But been thinking about it a bit more lately , still in touch with most of the older members on Facebook etc , but in less then then 3 weeks we will have 1 year old twins , don't get time for Anything show related at min ha
