Police have been known to look on youtube for dangerous driving on the roads and they have prosecuted on the evidence.

^^^^As above, there was the guy on the VX220 forum who lost his licence after they saw a video and pics of him and his car speeding on a small stretch of motorway a few years bk iirc!

So it doesnt really have to be police/officially filmed tbh!

Evidence is pretty much anything the magistrates (via the Court Clerk) agree to accept at the pre-trial hearing. There are no rules on what photographs or film are or are not admissible based solely on who took them.

It is the content that is important and whether there is any suggestion that it has been altered in any way and whether there is supporting documentation or provenience that the evidence is contemporaneous. In this case the suggestion I would make is that there is much evidence the offence has been commited on several occasions, the trouble would be proving where, when, and that it was a public place as defined by the Road Traffic Act.

Err not too sure on that guy actually lol

I know baz that used to have the blue punto then mk4 astra loon iirc and sort of know the guy with the bm 3series, err how does he mean he has all the relevant paperwork, as in hes trying to make out that the plate is his and he owns it???
