Great update James, it's a while since I last looked in.
Rear braided lines under the boot floor look rather long, also be carefull what you use on the expanding foam, as I tried doing some door builds with the stuff years ago & they melted.

Be aware that brake lines touching the car body is an MOT failiure
I didn't realise loctite was SO tuff? would of thought the studs will just undo with the nuts if you ever need to take a wheel off...Quote:

red threadlock/loctite generally needs to be heated if you even want to undo it with a spanner on the end, shouldn't think it will let go with a nut spinning off. lol
lol well i was thinking what if the heat generated from the brakes(drums/discs) slowly decays the threadlock.. suppose they dont get that hot! and i have really underestimated itlol cool..Quote:

i have a stud kit on the front of the nova, it took a hell of a headache to get the buggers out but double nut and patience is all ya need :)
