cut out all the rat infested sound deadening and made a new one from odds n sods ive got from the scrappy, tommorrow will finish tidying underneath, hoover it n some strategically sprayed waxoyl

corsa C washer bottle n bracket securely in place with FULL wheel clearance (this is for headlamp washer set up)

as you can see ive routed and cun n shut the pipe work for the headlamp washer mod, all neatl tucked n tie wrapped under the slam pannel

new gutter strips fitted (cheers Kief), used the heat gun on the O/S strip to make it fit better but well happy

VIN tag back on, sourced the leak in the tailgate i think, door insides painted, ging to put new CV boots on they are perishing, front arches have been fettled from going a bit wierd after the big freeze
another batch off my flocked stuff is ready, best pay tommorow n get it shipped over
had more probs with the oil cooler hoses today, not only was one end incorrect, having come to re try to fit them tonight i found the banjo bolts for the sandwich plate SUPPLIED BY THE LOCAL DEALER are wrong and are way too small, makin the banjo adaptoe on my hoses incorrect, hopefully tommorow will solve this and a nother succesfull
update
had the leccy on the phone today, my loom is complete, but he wants to fit it at my house an not the garage, oh well
hopefully all of septenber off and get it finished an MOT'd
some good progress matey, stick with it and it will be worth it in the end, so close to being finished now :thumb:

Fitted the fitter didn't do a good job with the lining its a bit lumpy an my side i did is spot on, and like a fool i slipped with a blade but n cut it too much much. Lucky for me i found the cav/calibre boot light trim was perfect for a get out of jail free. CardQuote:
