As you can see loads of room on the standard pipes and could even take 15's as it does for the wet.

I even gave the car a wash as it was out.

After buying a standard oil cooler, and pipework, I set about fitting with some advice from Ernie, Lee & Dar as to the routing of the pipework, once I'd found a nice place to seat it I went about making up some bracketery and fitted it securely with rubber mountings, oh and sprayed it up black, as it was chipped

The fins weren't in great condition, but as long as it cools oil - it's fine by me
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0357.jpg
The route we took originally wasn't the route we ended up with, due to the pipework being too short, and when the car was lowered to the floor, the tiebar was pushing the pipe up onto the bottom pully - no good
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0359.jpg
After alot of fettling with the car down on the ground, we finally got everything clear and sorted, albeit not with alot of clearance... wasn't over joyed, but went with the "as long as it doesn't touch, its fine"

Anyway - new powercable finally came for battery relocation, so I could start the car, to find leaks everywhere, both from the sandwich plate banjo, and the oil cooler threads itself, after investigations it turns out I was sold a duff cooler with hardly any threads holding the pipework onto the cooler itself, so off came the cooler again grrr lol
Spotted a Mocal oil cooler, Mocal sandwich plate, and bits and bobs on CS last night, after a couple of PMs I went down to Milton Keynes this morning at 8am to collect them

Went straight to Pirtek to get some braided lines made up to fit, they quoted me ?129+VAT
Also my Facet redtop fuel pre-pump arrived and fitting kit, great service from Matt Lewis on eBay

On with my Wilwood 4-pot brake upgrade, after killing a set of 16v disks and pads at Donny within 4 sessions, and then another set the following 3 sessions, I kinda thought I'd upgrade now rather than keep replacing standard parts

Wheel with 16v disks and OE calipers

Comparison between the disks 280mm V 256mm

Alloy mounting bracket attachd to hub, altho later realised this has to be attached to the caliper before putting the disk on
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0370.jpg
Concern here, is that the hole in the centre of the disk, is larger than my hub size - will I be OK running without a spigot? I'm thinking that if I do, its only the taperedness of my wheel bolts keeping the disk central?
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0371.jpg
woooooooo .. good recovery chap
Dry fit to make sure my wheel actually fits over them
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0372.jpg
uh ho - it doesn't, well not without any spacers anyway, it catches the spokes, for those also wanting to run the same setup
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0374.jpg
This is why you have to attach caliper and carrier together before putting the disk on
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0373.jpg
5mm spacer added (i have to run them anyway, due to coilover catching problems) - all clear
http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q...ure/nc0375.jpg
All on, and tight - only done the one side for now, as want to gain some information before I continue completing the job

Looks awesome mate, I fancy some wilwoods for mine, but need to suss things out so they fit without spacers!
Good work :D
nice clearance
