not sure if the quaife will take the power but theres only one way to find out lol, yeah the i/c will sit niceley in the bumper cutout just like it did on ricks car, ive lookat at all sorts of different options for the servo problem but the only way round it is to go with a pedal box as i can then run the resovoirs remote and not have the bulk of the servo either

I'm sure a few Nova owners run the Corsa servo where it sits in the battery tray? Maybe that option can solve your problem

I think for the sake of changing a mount and spraying the engine bay you have really made a mistake not fitting the f28!
You have a fab engine and you will kill that box off And not see the best from it for example.......

Your ear muffs will be required still as the box will be noisy,
Awful cruising speeds,
Potentailly blowing up a very expensive gearbox (then fitting f28 anyway)
Etc etc

I think if you are looking around phase 2 specs the f20 isn't a bad choice but with your monster i'd be opting for the f28 for Full use of you motor!

Thanks for your appreciation of the standard of the build

dont get me wrong i did think about using the f28 alot but in the end i opted to stay with the quaife for now to see how things go, mainly due to good f28s being thin on the ground to start with, having to cut off/weld mount on then have it painted and also i thought it might mess with the quaife gear assembley setup as thats been installed to work with the f20 (how the rod comes through the bulkhead etc)

but who knows, it might come to the point that i need to change to the f28 if it dont work out with the quaife box but ill tackle that when the time comes i suppose, i could maybe make use of the winter nights changing it lol
