lol - woke up this morning after about 2 hrs sleep and wrist was really sore - also still bleeding a bit so am gonna go to docs. cant really move it as get sharp pains which means i can only use left hand (no jokes!)
i'll prob get hand strapped up to prevent it moving...

doc said it was fine - all bits working anjd skin had resealed very well - bruised a tad and aches but said just keep a plaster on it and try not to knock it. Gonna leave the car till the weekend let it heal.
Took delivery of more stuff today - got my spanking new adjustable strut brace (?40 ebay), new pipercross induction kit, some rivets (200 big uns for ?5 - ebay) and some lego so I can build wallks for my model moulds...
Still waiting on chassis paint and some tetrosyl shutz stone chip sealer and that'll do for now...
