for those interested the plate work around the axel mount and the triangle brace i made up are of 3mm plate rather than tin proberly overkill but our little one will be in this at some point so i would rather it be strong
floor looks like a patch work quilt but is solid and fresh so i dont care realy and alot of areas now are a hell of alot stronger than they ever were from the factory as alot of the plates and patches have been done not just underneath but skined on the inside aswell
then take into acount its beeing seem or stitch welded aswell from front to back it should result in a strong long lasting shell eventualy
oh and if anybody woundered why i have blown over everything in silver its zinc rich weld through etch primer its just to stop any bare metal rusting up while the rest of the shell is beeing done and the beauty of it is you dont need to take it of to weld to it either it just welds asif it was bare metal
realy good stuff
perfect for inside sills and pannels before you fit them as it doesnt burn of like paint when you weld it
