The shell can be move with two people i pulled it out of the workshop on my own onto the pallet truck it sat on now to move it about the yard :)
Like it says in the listing really, it probaly looks worse than it is tbh need some one to spend some time on it !
Please dont get this confused with the one i have just painted, that is another one !
Spud, complete front panel is around £85, a few sheets of tin for plating ain't much and some "local" repairs to the rust,
but if the chassis legs look rough or have any hint of a hole then DEFO go for a reshell, if the legs are good on the front and the back I'd repair it with a new front panel too, just my opinion
a reshell is a quicker route usually tho.
Spuds got a couple of issues tho (correct me if im wrong here Spudder) along the lines of, nowhere to do it (reshell) lack of funds (what with the state of the fuel industry & owning a Vec v6 - 11mpg FTL).
Personally Id reshell it, but Im lazy an dont like chasing rust lol
As Mike says ive not got any storage to keep it dry and i also forgot to mention the battery tray thats holed down further than the throttle cable hole as is shown earlier in this thread, i really dont want to bin this shell but i have no other option, and although browneys shell is clearly a good one, its still not really an option as that also needs work, plus building and i dont have anywhere to build it!
