now you might notice its a tad loud, this is where the fun began. started by checking all the exhaust studs, check turbo to manifold and downpipe bolts. try again and still the same, hmmmm confuzzled.
this is when we discover that the manifold is up against one of the bolts which bolts on the breather blanking plate  not good. to remove this bolt and insert a shallow head allen bolt we had to do the following
undo the drivers side mount
undo the rear gearbox bolts
lossen the front one
push the engine back slightly
undo the oil return hose
undo a water hose
undo all the exhaust studs and then with a tiny little 8mm spanner undo the fooking bolt
so then fit the little allen bolt and bolt everything back together and we have clearence on the bolt. must be ok now then :), start it up, still a tractor:confused: fook.
this is where i discover the manifold is up against a little sticky out bit on the block!!! bollocks, cue the above procedure to remove the turbo so i can get the grinder in to trim back the sticky outy bit. ground down all bolted up clearence on the block woop. try again deffinetly sorted now

end of the day tho she runs and sweetly to :) woop woop
