Gaps dont look great in the pics, but since these were taken we have fiddled abit more to get it looking good. Also the different colours and the old indicators dont help. We tacked it in place (well, once we fixed the MIG welder...all the welding i have previously done was without gas!!!!) and then i fully welded it in place.

Had to make some plates for unde the headlights as when i cut the old panel off, i was not left with much to weld to! The slugs were ground down. All areas are now painted. I will be repainting my bay in the next few weeks. HAve spoke to the paint shop and i can take it htere soon as it is ready, so all hands to the pumps!

And that is all really. Fingers crossed, the next update will be bodyshop ready and i can get the bits done for its return when the rebuild starts!!!! MAjor progress is looming, cant fooking wait!
