Anyway here's an update of what i've been up to over the last couple of evenings as thats what this is supposed to be about lol

I got the drivers door all primed up

Then while that was drying i decided to try fitting the rear bumper with some bonnet pins before i paint it black

This is the bumper iron up against the rear bumper showing how much i cut it down

i whipped these out and cleaned them up a bit then fitted them to the car

I removed this bracket from the bumper iron as i'm going to use it to mount the bonnet pins

Then using the holes in the bumper iron that the brackets were mounted through i drilled the bumper

I then proceeded to rub down the high build primer on the N/S door

Wiped it all down and shot it in the green, then hung it out to dry

And moved on to the second door, all rubbed down and cleaned off ready to paint

This was the point were disaster struck i w a n k e d the first coat on like a cu nt and it ran like forest gump (i think i mixed in a little too much thinners what a c ock) so that will need addressing tomorrow :mad:

So given that the drivers door now didn't need another two coats as it was funked i decided to fit the passengers door rubber
