sorted lol
cah0000t. thanks so much JB - really appreciate it!
I'm well chuffed with the tailgate weight, the bonnet is light, but I still think Oli's is even lighter, by the feels of it
Done now with fitting bottom arms, they're all done. Now just about to go and get geometry redone at a local place, whilst the paint dries on the panels.
Never sprayed before (other than engine bay), so wish me luck lol
Doesn't need be show standard paint finish, so it'll be REET :D
May sound like a broken record, but big thanks once again to nova ian who came across today to get my car prepared for TOTB - really appreciate your constant help! - Also cheers for Liquid for popping in - was nice to see ya bruv'
First off, just a couple of piccies of the bottom arms fitted, and setup. I now have the full 4° positive castor which is what the groupA Nova tarmac rally cars ran, so I'm mega happy with that, and the fact they clear the front valance/ wings is even better - albeit by only about 4mm, but it clears

This emphasises just how much castor we have managed to gain with the new rosejointed setup

All primered, sprayed up in colour, flatted down, and laquered (yes, slight postage dent in bonnet... grrr), thanks to Ians persistance with the laquering

Good work as expected. Loving the spray boothe
Who needs a heated oven boothe when youve got a washing line  lol
Great stuff
Colour match looks well too :)
Paint job looks not too bad :)
When will the weight saving actually stop lol
Is there anything else that can be stripped out ?
Yeah, I'm pleased with it, would have liked the finished product a little shinier though, should I be honest, but it's good enough for TOTB, and the car, as a track weapon!
Oh - notice I'm at the top of my threads on my coilovers like I was explaining to you... coppergrease on the lower threads btw lol not rust :)
Yup, just noticed now, wound right the way up.
