Good work, should it not be oiled or greased when you re build it?
What i was thinking about benn, surly it would be better to at least put some oil around it, as when you first start it with the input shaft spinning, no oil will be moving around.
When I fill it up for the first time I'll remove the selector turret and pour the oil in all over the gears so probably be ok?
TBH I've found hardly any info on gearboxes, and my Haynes just says "take it to an expert", so just guessing most of it :d

Now its all back together, best you can do really, ideally do it not long before you start it, and id suggest to get using it straight away imo. Best to get things lubed up and all, you would know....
