Wear like that on both sides is normally a sign of under inflation, but if you keep changing the tyre and it keeps doing it on one side only then it cant be that.
At a guess you have two problems at the same time, my guess is too much neg camber and a touch of toe out lol
nos bottle wont read presure mike until the valve is open mate so untill you get it plumbed in and open the valve the gauge will read empty
re the tyres... when did you last change the 2 vertical bushes on the lower arms??? they go very soft & throw the tracking/camber all over the place.. but when stationary, they look about right.......
