Quick update..
Popped over to see the welder today as he was back from holiday so we could go through what needs removing/modifying/adding etc
I also grabbed the front wings whilst I was there and was very pleased to find no rust behind them.

Nice project Mark, looking good!
Cheers Matt.
Mark this is an awesome base for a track based project, although it was very very nice as it was when you bought it, ah well..
You coming to Billing? would be nice to actually meet you after all these years! lol
Scott
Cheers Scott, yes it is damn clean, had a bit of stick for not keeping it standard, but it's my car and I'll do as I please with it.
Yes, I'll be at Billing.
Dont get me wrong mate, i weren't being like that, just saying as it was so original is a slight shame, but also it makes a nice base to build off, so i see both sides etc.
Sorry Scott, didn't mean to make it look like I was aiming that at you..lol
I've had a few people saying "Why don't you use a another Nova instead of one in such good condition" but why would I want to use anything but the best I could get my hands on at the time??
I'm just happy I won't have to do so much shell work aswell as the modifications.
Keeping cars standard is boring as funk.
Umm, not so true, i really enjoy driving/owning my Jamaica MK1, possibly enjoy it more then the MK2 tracker...;)Quote:
