And that doesnt bode well for them having the helpers back in, looks like ill be looking for some proper dampers again lol

Put longer rear springs in then... only about £10 per spring from faulkner.
If its bouncey then it sounds like the springs are too soft as is the damping :( Hard springs and soft damping FTW
